Biological and chemical weapons like nerve gas are often designed to attack the nervous system, which consists of nerve cells called neurons that are located in the brain, spinal cord and elsewhere. The result is suffering and possible death. Some government-approved ingredients in the foods and drinks Americans consume daily can also kill neurons, with the same result: suffering and possible death, albeit in a milder and slower manner, per studies and scientific theories.
In fact, studies and theories indicate that neuroexcitotoxins -- food additives that kill neurons by overexciting them -- may help cause or exacerbate Alzheimer's, fibromyalgia, Asperger's, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, migraines, dizziness, fatigue, vision problems, liver damage, cancer, tingling feet and hands, loss of motor function, asthma, and many other ailments, in addition to contributing to obesity. Google a symptom or disease and "neuroexcitotoxin" to locate the various studies and theories.
Neuroexcitotoxins appear in just about everything a typical American eats and drinks: soft drinks, salad dressings, chips and dip, soups, seasonings...basically the vast majority of packaged, prepared and restaurant foods. They can also be included in medicines and immunizations. You won't find the term neuroexcitotoxin on a label or menu, however. What you may find instead are the following food additives, all of which attack the nervous system and can destroy neurons to one extent or another, i.e., destroy your brain:

How do you know if you are suffering from ongoing food poisoning from neuroexcitotoxins? If you have any reoccurring physical ailments whatsoever, try to avoid all foods with the ingredients named above for one month, and see if some or all of your symptoms go away. Yes, that involves carrying a list of ingredients with you to the store, looking at every label, and asking what is in everything you eat in a restaurant. Believe me, it's worth it!
I personally was suffering tremendously from strange illnesses the past few years, with the intensity and frequency growing over time. It got to where I was regularly bed-ridden with symptoms such as sinus congestion, migraine headaches, severe fatigue, dizziness, breathing difficulties, and even slurred speech. I had several humidifiers in my bedroom to try to get sleep, and often missed work and other activities. Once I started avoiding neuroexcitotoxins, every single symptom went away. Poof. Just like that. Plus I lost 10 pounds without trying. I feel like I've won the war, but I realize it's just a battle, and the war has only begun. As long as these toxins are allowed in our foods, there are more battles to be waged.
